Lifebridge Sanctuary
The Sanctuary is a 12,000 square foot hand crafted, green facility on 95 acres of forest and spectacular open space on the Northern crest of the Shawangunk Ridge.
Cost:
$725 includes tuition, camping (limited availability) and three vegetarian meals per day.
$950 includes tuition, shared indoor accommodations and three vegetarian meals per day.
Optional: Round trip transportation from Rosendale, NY bus station to the retreat center is available for $20.
Deposit of $100 is requested to reserve a place in the Retreat. The deposit is nonrefundable after June 1. A $25 service charge is assessed for withdrawal before June. Balance is due by July 15.

Letters will be provided for teachers or students applying for funding from their institutions to attend the Retreat.

The training includes seven hours of daily ritual, breathing techniques, listening/sounding meditations, practicing silence, journeying for expanded resources, listening through dreams, tracking listening with sound journals, interaction, discoveries, exploration strategies for creating and performing, scoring, writing, drawing, movement sessions in the open air, listening for creative opportunities, exchange and lively conversation.
