Spontaneous, unedited improvisations recorded live at the Second National Tuba - Euphonium Symposium Workshop on May 20, 1980, and at the North Texas State University Art Gallery on January 24, 1980. The BL Lacerta Ensemble combines the fundamental orchestral sounds of strings, woodwinds, brass and percussion with invented instruments, electronically generated timbres and the rich sonic capabilities of the human voice.
