Echolocation

A collection of short pieces (each 3-6 minutes in length) consisting mostly of voice and processing. The pieces are varied - some are textural and ambient, while others are more rhythmic and melodic and some combine singing with spoken word. Much of what might sound like multi-tracking is actually sampling and looping of Pamela Z's rich, elastic voice in one or more digital delays designed to create the layers of sound.

Item number ZP-C-1; Cassette tape $8.00
